Kelly Rose Skincare® - Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Skincare products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received.
 - It must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
 - The original packaging must be intact.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
 - Sale items
 - Gift cards
 
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order. In certain cases, we may arrange an exchange for you directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the funds.
Incorrect Address Information
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, please notify us immediately so we can attempt to update your order before dispatch. Kelly Rose Skincare cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If goods are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering re-shipment costs.
